details (as per elevation style).
- Energy Star certified low maintenance vinyl casement windows throughout with fusion welded frames and sashes. Multi-Point locking system with screens on all operable windows.
- 8' ceiling height on main floor, some areas to have vaulted ceiling heights, as per plan. (Excluding drop ceiling areas, as per plan).
- 8' ceiling height on second floor as per plan.
- Natural oak veneer stairs with oak veneer stringers, oak posts, handrail, treads and risers (as per plan). Staircase pickets to be natural oak, square style.
- Laminate flooring in Purchaser’s choice of style and colour, as chosen from Vendor's samples.
